Decree of the President of the Regional Council, the Marches Region, No. 319
The President of the Regional Council

WHEREAS, an application was filed on August 19, 1985 under Article 14 of Presidential Decree No.616 of July 24, 1977 whereby the Berloni Foundation , with registered offices in Pesaro, Strada della Ferriera 1, Località Candelara di Pesaro requested recognition of its status as a private body corporate under Article 12 of the Italian Civil Law;
WHEREAS, a true copy of the certificate of incorporation of the organization above was notarized before Gabriele D'Ovidio Notary Public in Pesaro on July 29, 1985, Register No. 15471, File No. 3100, as registered in Pesaro on August 8, 1985 No. 1541;
WHEREAS, the Berloni Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, which has as its principal purpose the fight against thalassemia and the promotion of studies or research as set forth in Article 2 of the Bylaws;
WHEREAS, financial means are available to the Berloni Foundation , as set out in Article 4 of the Bylaws, sufficient to meet expenses for the management of its operations and the attainment of its purposes as stated in the Bylaws;
WHEREAS, Under article 14 of Presidential Decree No.616 of July 24, 1977 regional administrations are delegated certain administrative powers pertaining to central and local administrations in regard to legal personalities as under Article 12 of the Civil Law;
WHEREAS Regional Council Resolution No.1587 of December 23, 1985 was returned without objections by the Commission for the Monitoring of the Regional Administration with Decision No.860200 of January 12, 1986 .
DOES HEREBY DECREE
to recognize, under Article 14 of Presidential Decree No.616 of July 24, 1977, the ‘ Berloni Foundation ', with registered offices in Pesaro, Strada della Ferriera 1, Località Candelara di Pesaro as a private body corporate in accordance with Article 12 of the Civil Code;
to approve the Bylaws of the ‘ Berloni Foundation' as in the text attached to this decree of which they form an integral and material part.
